For two years, we have provided a second home for the furry friends of our Fairfax District neighborhood. We have put in the priceless work of gaining trust and life-long clients. We provide, boarding, playcare, and bathing. Did I mention we have yet to tap into Marketing and Retail? There is so much untapped potential in this business. I know with the right new owner, this place will continue to beat out the competition and skyrocket.

Grooming! We only provide baths and nails right now, but there is so much money to be had in grooming in West Hollywood. Also retail can only help income. We have about less than half of our clients on a membership program so getting everyone on board for that is another opportunity.
Our latest competition has recently closed their doors under a year. The closest one a very small daycare room for dogs as it's primary income is retail. They do not provide boarding. Our next level of competition also does not provide boarding and regularly sends boarding clients our way. As we said, we haven't done marketing and have been managing just fine, so we imagine with marketing, you would give any competition a run for their clients.
