Our turn-key family company started in 2002 and in a few years had grown into an operation generating revenue of more than $1.5 Million. In the past few years, due to family issues, the company has scaled back to a slim fleet making it primed for someone to come in and take over building it back to where it once was. We have an extensive list of clients and regular business, all of our policies are in place including marketing, drivers policies, office procedures, etc. This is a TURN-KEY operation, with a rented office space and parking lot. The majority of what needs to be done as far as office work, can be done right from home! Our reservation system and credit card processing is all web-based! We are near our major airport as well as the hot spots frequented by vacationers flooding here in the fall and winter months. We have built it up in a way to where you would be able to still keep the small family business feel which is a deciding factor to some when booking.

We are very close to the major Hotspots but also centrally located near freeways to get around the valley quickly.
We have a PRIME location at a very good rate for rent. Included we have a large parking lot and a small office space, along with a small drivers area separate from the main office.
There are no companies in the valley that focus solely on the retail side of the business like we do. So if you were to expand and include shuttle type and airport services that would immediately make an impact. We currently take those trips and farm them to other companies. The ability to add those vehicles seamlessly to the fleet will increase revenue immediately.
Though there are limo businesses that pop up here and there, because of our reputation and being longstanding staples in the limo industry, we have been very successful.
We are required to sell due to a family issue.
24/7 operation, though we rarely answer the phones on Sundays or late in the evening. We book reservations for any day of the week.
My brother and I have maintained operations here, though this job could essentially be done by one person the way it has been scaled down to now. One of us would be willing to stay on for an agreed upon amount of time to assist and train in answering phones, using the reservation system and other responsibilities.
The entire amount would be able to be financed through the purchase of the vehicles. There are 4 vehicles that if sold at retail value to the new buyer would cover the entire purchase of the company and its assets.
