Last year, I listed for 3 months this business for sale at $1.8 million but i was busy and not prepared to sell it, so I did not contact the potential buyers. This year, I want to sell it, so I am offering it at a lower price of $1,200,000
WHAT WE DO:
We do sell on eBay, on Amazon, on our website, on direct sales via Paypal invoice, and via Craigslist. Soon we will be selling in walmart and jet.com
We do primarily sell:
- New parts for: Jetski, Boat, Yatch.
- New parts for boat engine (inboard and outboard).
- New parts for ATV, UTV, Snowmobile, Motorcycles.
- Used parts for: Jetski, Boats, engine parts (inboard and Outboard).
- Used outboard engines.
- Once in a while we sell jetski, and used boats

We have a database with about 80000 items for sale. Database connect to marketplaces in which we sell. We use a shipping software that connects to our database. In the shipping department we have about 2-3 employees who ships about 2500 orders per month.
We export outside the continental USA about 25% of our orders.
Inside our warehouse we have a marine shop with plenty of tools to take apart, test, and repair outboard engines. The shop is used for our internal jobs or orders. You can also implement a service shop to the public and charge $80+ per hour.
We have an office that takes care of orders, controlling all items are shipped, accounting, and auditing.
We have about 4 more remote workers in database management and listing.
LOCATION AND WAREHOUSE
We lease a warehouse of 3000 sq ft with a second floor of about 1200'. We lease a second warehouse of 1200' sq ft, which located in front of the main warehouse. We have about 20 pallet racks 14' high where we stock over 30000 parts that we have on inventory.
We are not offering labor in boat mechanics. This is another potential expansion in which labour rates are $80+ an hour.
Shortly we will be selling in jet and Walmart online store once our database manager finish integration with those 2 marketplaces.
ADVANTAGES OF THIS BUSINESS
1st. There are currently in inventory already paid: listed on our database and marketplaces over $600,000. We have many engines to take apart and list. We also have many more parts to take pictures and list. We are located in a commercial warehouse area. We are close to UPS and USPS which are or primary shipping providers and we send the truck daily to drop packages.
We lease a 3000 sq ft warehouse with high ceiling. We have about 1200' sq ft in a second floor. We have a patio in the back and a patio in front where we can park boats up to 28' long. We lease a second warehouse in front of our main warehouse with about 1200' sq ft.
We are close to be selling also in jet.com and walmart.com. We also have 2 major vendors that our account are small with them. We just need to create their listings in our database. The growth for us has no limits. Although, I rarely repair boats or engines, we do have the tools and technical knowledge to do that.
There are competitors in the market. Most of the times we beat them. We do not focus on them as we need to focus on our growth. Besides, the market is huge. We have grown every year at about 25% to 40% rate and that takes a lot of resources.
