The restaurant was originally established as a franchise in the early years prior to the current owner. The current owner is the third owner. The restaurant was run out of a run-down building from 1999 until 2006. In 2006 a new building on the same lot as the old restaurant was built. The old restaurant was torn down after relocating to the new building in 2007. The current owner purchased the business in June of 2007.
We have a strong motivated loyal staff. Our best employees are very knowledgeable and great leaders who know how to handle almost any situation throughout the entire building. They hold each other accountable and are willing to do almost any job. They are selfless when it comes to helping each other get time off without burdening anyone too much.

The local Steak house might be considered a direct competitor, but they do not have the Statewide recognition that we enjoy.
Continuing to provide great food in an inviting atmosphere with great service. We do have a full liquor license and could be selling more alcohol. But, I choose not to at this time. Day to day numbers are the most important things in the restaurant business. We have an app and online access to our POS system (in real-time) that shows sales, labor, guest count, etc.
